- No. Agencies that charge a percentage of spend are incentivized to just spend your money. We charge a flat base plus a bonus tied strictly to your profit and KPIs.
- What happens if the ads underperform?
- We set KPIs before we spend a dollar. If we're not hitting them, we diagnose before we bill a performance bonus - that's the structure. You'll know exactly what's working and what isn't every week, not at the end of a quarter.
- How do you handle iOS14 and signal loss?
- Server-side tracking is built into every engagement by default. We set up Conversions API before we touch the ad account so we're working with clean signal from day one - not optimizing on degraded data.
- How long before I see results?
- Tracking and structure is locked in during the first 2 weeks. You'll typically see the learning phase complete by week 3-4. Meaningful performance data usually starts showing by the end of month one. We set realistic benchmarks before launch so you know exactly what to expect and when.
- How long are your contracts?
- We recommend an initial 3-month sprint. Why? Because proper Meta Ads testing, machine learning, and true scaling take 90 days to fully mature. If you commit to the initial 3 months to build the foundation properly, the entire setup fee is waived. After that, we go strictly month-to-month.
